Kip McGrath Education Centres
Working with EdComs, Pedroza Communications devised the PR campaign to boost this global tutoring company brand. We also developed PR capability in the 250 individual UK-based Kip McGrath Education Centres.
- Developed the Dream a Big Dream campaign, a national writing competition for young people
- Helped to recruit three young athletes to be the faces of the competition, including Sam Ruddock, 2012 Paralympian
- Secured the editor of The Times’ School Gate and Susanna Scott, founder of Brit Mums, to judge the national competition
- Produced a PR toolkit for individual centres to use to secure local publicity
- Liaised with individual centres to provide guidance on PR.
Results
- Over 500 competition entries
- Coverage secured in The Times, the local media including ITV Central, and on the Brit Mums blog
- Increase in coverage secured by local education centres.
